  • Fun Race: 1:30pm
  • 5km Run/Walk: 2:00pm
  • 10km Run/Walk: 2:00pm

Race Information:

The Alma Optimist Roadkill Race will be starting and ending at Wallace Cumming Park in Alma and proceeding out and back down County Rd. 21. The Fun Run will take place on the track at Wallace Cumming Park. Spectators may watch the fun run and start/finish of the races from the inside of the track. Food will be available to spectators at a minimal cost from the Alma Optimist Food Booth. There will be a DJ preforming during and after the race! Lots of fun and fitness for all!!!

  • All racers in the fun run (not the 5km and 10km run) will receive a finishing medal!
  • There are medals awarded only for the specific categories in the 5/10km runs.
  • Fun Run entry is by donation.
  • Fun Run entrants will receive a free meal from the Alma Optimist food booth but will not receive a T-Shirt.
  • Entry fees for the 5/10km run include a T-Shirt (up until October 9), goodie bag, and a free meal from the Alma Optimist Food booth with your race bib.
  • Shirt sizes: Adult/Youth: S, M, L, XL, XXL

The three runners with the top pledges raised will receive a free pair of New Balance running shoes in their size and a gift card from the Running Room. The youth with the top pledges raised will also recieve a free pair of New Balance Running Shoes and a gift card from the Running Room.

Proceeds of this event go to the Wellington Chapter of the MS Society

All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry fee does not include processing fee.
